Mend Vokera Sabre 28 Boiler

How can I fix Vokera Sabre 28 combi boiler?

When heating does not come on, red light appears, any idea what could be the problem,

the 'red light' is the boiler lockout lamp, indicating the boiler has developed a fault 'an unsafe condition' and has shut itself off.

call out the serviceman, and have it checked, could be 1 of 100 things if you have no further information
