Had a similar problem this week with mine. Engineer found that the dial shaft that sets the temp for the HW had broken off inside - apparently a common probelm. He unscrewed the pcb, carefully lifted it up and exposed a smaller pcb that housed the temp dial - turned it to just below max manually with a small screwdriver and now good temp. I still have another problem with mine though with the ignition - on, off, on, off every 4 seconds arhhh!- hope you get yours sorted.

You will probably find that your radiators are hot when running the hot water, even though the central heating thermostat is off. It sounds like a diverter valve problem where the hot water is being diverted into the central heating system. Vokera do not sell the whole valve, only parts of the valve, so a vlave repair kit and a overhaul of the valve should fix the problem. Around £100 to fix.

under the boiler there is a black lever (on right hand side) it will be sitting at 12 oclock. with the water running, stat at maximum after 5 mins turn lever anti-clockwise to 9 oclock and it temperature reads over 80 degrees the domestic heat exchanger is faulty..
