how can i fix my immobiliser fault on a peugeot 206 hdi?

my car will not start at first it displayed ENGINE IMMOBILISER FAULT and it still displays it now i need to no how to fix it

I just went out and had the exact same problem. Dont know how to fix it but hope somebody responds to this.
