Mend Peugeot 807 Engine 2003

Peugeot Engine Immobiliser fault?

I recently had to disconnect the battery on my 2003 Peugeot 807, when reconnected the display indicated engine immobiliser fault and the engine turned over but would not fire up, please help. Stranded

Not an answer but would love to know more as my 807 had a flat battery and now its in the dealership being 'looked at' - so far just looking has cost me £300!! Had the same warning display - 'Engine Immobiliser Problem'

oh dear you seem to have wiped the memories from the bsi/ecu's. off to the dealers to reprogram and code in keys.........
