Mend Dish Network 311 Repair Suddenly Stopped

Can I repair the coaxial output on my Dish 311 receiver?

The coaxial output on my Dish 311 receiver has suddenly stopped working. The red/white/yellow RCA type outputs still work fine. But I need that coax hookup back so is there any way I can fix it myself? Dishnet says I have to buy a new receiver. Thanks in advance for helping.

It is so co-incidental--I have exactly same problem but no one seems to have an answer----I am just stuck with using the RCA cable with One TV
