I have a White Knight Sensordry tumble dryer with forward and reverse function. The drum has suddenly stopped turning. The belt is still in one peice and the motor is making a noise but the bar turning the belt is not moving. Can you please advise how to repair if possible. Many thanks
so havin my tumble dryer in the garage with proper ventilation with other appliances should not cause this problem

i bought a vented tumble dryer and vent pipe filling with water when dryer is on, and water is leaking out of stop/start button when drying clothes and not gettin to its full temperature of heat, im having to put the temperature on twice for 280 minutes to dry one load of clothes. can you please help.

capacitor attached to the motor could be faulty.to prove this remove the top from the tumble dryer so you can see the drum.start the dryer as normal and if it just buzzes but no drum rotation gentally push the drum and it should start to rotate.THERE ARE SAFETY ISSUES TO ADDRESS WHEN CARRYING OUT THIS PROCEDURE AS ELECTRICAL AND MECHANICAL PARTS ARE EXPOSE !!!
