how can I stop my bobbin jamming?

I have a brother 4000D. When I start to sew the machine makes a horrible noise and the top threads all loop up under the bobbin and the machine jams. I have cleaned it out and changed the needle and bobbin, what else can I do

Hello Janet,
Have you made sure you have threaded the machine with the presser foot up and the top tension between 4 and 6? e-mail me with the problem if you have checked these things.
