How can I fix my Hoover Steam Cleaner Dual V?

Frustrationg. Mine has broken three times. I had a professional repair it twice and I won't go back a third time. Two repairs were for the brushes not turning (common problem) and one for a clogged fluid ejector (if using powdered cleaners, like Oxyclean (which works great), it is important to make sure it all dissolves. Fixing the brushes not turning is NOT a do-it-yourself repair. Yes, I've tried. Spent hours working on it. Hoover customer service acts like the brushes not turning is new problem. Obviously that is not the case. AVOID buying this machine.

I am having the same problem with my Hoover Steam Cleaner. On the housing there is a warning that repairs requiring dismantling the cleaner should be done by authorized technician. But they are hard to find. The search I did on the Hoover website list a few. I live in a fairly large metro area and the closest Hoover repair is 35 miles away. I'm hoping that a local vacuum repair shop can fix it. I am really "steamed" that this machine broke down so quickly and is so difficult to have serviced. I'll never buy another Hoover.

mine will not stop spraying water out of the bottom regardless of the button positions, I've seen others have this problem to wish someone knew how to fix.

PLEASE LET ME KNOW IF SOMEONE KNOWS HOW TO GET THE BRUSHES TO WORK, I HAVE CLEANED THE FILTERS, PULLED OUT THE FILTER ON THE BOTTOM AND TAKEN THE BRUSHES OFF BUT STILL NO LUCK. I HATE TO BUY ANOTHER ONE SO SOON
