howcan i fix my vokera 20/80 flowmatic boiler?

burners don,t come on when i put rads on . temp gauge on boiler goesn to 80-85 oc. get the odd klanking noise removed the outer casing it gets very hot & flew is that norm ?

tell us what happens sequence up to what does not happen. is the boiler mad hot with no demand, on ch demand, dhw demand???
