How do I reset Optima xm6 alarm which is stuck in tamper mode for no reason ,it just activated in middle of night.?

My alarm has just recently started to flash on Zone D and it does not sound correct as I set the alarm, can anyone assist in how I would / could reset my alarm, Optima xm6 ? any help is greatly appreciated.
