How do I reset ADE Optima Compact G4?

Have recently purchased a Optima Compact G4. This is to replace the old A1 Alarm and was advised this would install the same as the new alarm. Having problems and need to have a manual that has coloured diagrams to make this transfer easier, can anyone help as the A1 Alarm was ver easy. Regards.

Default User Code 1 & Eng Code (from Eng Manual)

Unscrew front cover - may go into alarm condition so be ready and confident - do it during the day...

1. Power Down the panel - disconnect mains & battery - may go into alarm condition

2. Remove any wiring from SET output and TAMP terminals

3. Put a shorting link between SET and Left Hand TAMP terminals

4 Power Up

5 Wait for alarm to Start

6 Power down as in item 1 above

7 Remove shorting link installed in item 3 above and restore wiring removed in item 2 above.

User code should now be 0123
Eng Code should be 9999

Sorry just got my thinking head on, Can understand would not be good idea to openly display engineer information... so to change my question, maybe someone can point me in the direction of obtaining installation manual? Also can anyone identify the difference between the G3 and G4 ?
