THERE ARE LITTLE TABS ON THE BOTTOM OF THE VACUUM. YOU HAVE TO KINDA PUSH FORWARD WITH A FLAT SCREWDRIVER AND THAT WILL UNCOVER THE SPIN BRUSH AREA. AFTER THAT THERE ARE 4 TABS ON THE BOTTOM SIDES OF THE VACUUM THAT LOOK LIKE THE 2 YOU WOULD HAVE PRYED TO RELEASE THE BRUSH ONLY SMALLER. YOU HAVE TO PUSH THEM ALL FORWARD WITH A SCREWDRIVER AND THEN PULL AND THE TOP SHOULD SEPERATE FROM THE BOTTOM . ONCE OPEN YOU CAN SEE WHERE TO WRAP THE BELT.
