how do i change the belt on Eureka the boss model 4333?

How on earth do you get the cover off to change the belt?

REMOVE THE 2 SCREWS ON TOP OF THE UNIT TO REMOVE THE COVER. PULL OUT THE ROLLER AND REPLACE THE BELT.
