my van does not want 2 start in mornings. only starts with a jump start?

If it's petrol I suggest the battery is on it's last legs. There may be JUST enough to turn engine with no juice left for spark plugs.

Diesel? May be one or two heater plugs packed in, and then you get success with continued turning.

I guess petrol from what little info you give.
