renault kangoo not starting?

I have an X Reg Kangoo van, 1.9 diesel. I have starting problems every winter and have replaced battery, earth straps and glows plugs.

I have a starter/charger to give it a huge boost which often helps but I find the most reliable way is to rest a 3Kw fan heater so it is pointing towards the glow plugs/injectors/cylinder head and leave it for 15 to 20 mins to warm things up. It then atrts every time.

I don't know what the fault is but it must have something to do with some temperature sensor. Hope this helps.

most likly your starter motor needs replacing. does it turn over when trying to jump start?
