Hitachi L42VP01U has no power?

I switched the mains off and on at the wall, now my TV has no power. I 'buzzed' the mains cable with my multi-meter, and all is well here.

Therefore, I suspect the internal fuse (probably a finer rating than the mains fuse).

The question is (I think I am competent enough to investigate this, and replace as necassary) - how do I remove the cover to gain access to this fuse?

And what fuse rating can I expect to have to change?

Otherwise it'll be quite some wait for the engineer, probably.
