MGA CS-1946R Channel Access?

Cannot access channels 65-94... Have tried unplugging... Google search led me here... TV has no channel setup... Doesn't even have a menu... Have tried all 3 TV/Cable/HRC settings.

*Turn knobs for picture settings (color, brightness, etc.)
*Ch. up/dn, Vol. up/dn, TV/Cable/HRC, & Power buttons
Remote
*0-9, ch. up/dn, Vol. up/dn, Mute, Quick View, Disp., off timer, time set, Power
