Mend Hitachi 42HXT12U Sound Picture Working

Sound but no picture on 42" Hitachi TV?

I have a Hitachi 42"tv.Model No 42HXT12U. the picture went off but the sound is still working. Is there any way of checking if it is the LED light or one of the circuit boards?
