Mend Hitachi 50UX23K Power Set Connected

power problem with hitachi 50ux23k?

this set a hitachi ultravision 50ux23k was connected to a cable converter box which in turn was connected to a serge protector , had a power outage due to lightning and when power came back on cable box and dvd player were working but tv wont come on both leds on pwb dont come on and both fuses check out ok . what would be the mot likely fault
short of replacing the entire board

Boards are never replaced to repair a tv. Boards are always diagnosed to component level for repair.
The power supply section of your tv needs to be repaired.
A quick guess would be about $300.00 dollars.
That is just a ballpark figure but if it is really bad figure another $100.00 for more parts.
