water was shut of to washer. did not notice this. tried to use
washer,called out engineer,he said because of this i would reqiure a new pc board. surley the machine would not try to work if water turned of.
washing machine fills with water but doesnt wash but if i turn the dial it will empty but no spin

sounds like total b.s.
you need to check the heater, water level pressure switch, thermostat.
