Ditto!
Hoping this is the solution to the machine not filling with water. All filters are clean as per instruction manual. Water supply and hose is all good. Power supply is fine. Spin and drying cycles work fine but not wash cycles.
FIRST - TURN OFF WATER SUPPLY AND UNPLUG FROM THE MAINS ELECTRICITY!!
Also have a cloth and a bucket handy.
Unscrew cold water hose from back of machine (there should only be a few drops of water doing this) place end of hose in the bucket.
Removed top cover - 3 screws under top lip at back need to be undone with long nosed pliers. Top cover then slides out. Remove similar screws from small back panel to gain access from rear.
Wires - first label all wires on the triple solenoid valve where the inlet pipe enters the back of the machine. Then the wires just pull off (with some force!)
Carefully position all wires so they won't catch on the solenoid valve when you remove it.
Use a small phillips screwdriver to press in the white plastic retaining stubs on the left and right of the inlet pipe on the outside surface of the back of the machine, while at the same time turning the whole solenoid valve 90 degrees to align for release (tricky but can be done on your own!)
You should now be able to lift the solenoid valve a little way out of the machine.
Hoses - Use pliers to pinch the hose retaining clips on the 3 black hoses attached to the solenoid valve and slide the clips down an inch or two. Now wriggle the hoses free from the solenoid valve (again needs some brute force!)
Voila! One triple solenoid valve removed. Pat yourself on the back and have a lie down :)
I'm assuming fitting one is just the reverse of the above. I don't know yet as mine is still on order.
I'll let you know if it fixes the problem.
