problem with optima 2 plus please help me?

My optima 2 plus is flashing a red A. pressing reset does not help, it just bleeps

The best thing is to replace it. You change the setting code by pushing "PROG" then entering the engineer code. There is a default engineer code which I will not publish for obvious reasons but if you google it, you should find it. The Installation manual [30 pages] can obtained similarly. If you just want to change the customer code press 8, 2 and dependent upon the whether your installation has a remote keypad or not you'll either see 4 LEDS "on" or the no. 4. Enter your new code. Then press RESET to return to DAY mode. If you want clear all settings and return to the factory conditions press SET, SET. Your customer code will then be the default one. The latter course may be necessary if the alarm company has changed the engineer code. The latter action will return the engineer code to the default one.

i have a ADE-optima2plus alarm it went off at 1 am and i unscrewed all the wires to the box i need to wire them back , which colour goes where ?

Hi Can you help please. I have a Optima plus 2. It's a old system but still works.Some of the numbers on one of my key pads dont work. Does it just require cleaning behind the numbers it's just a bit of rubber with the numbers on.

im an alarm engineer on the ade optima 2 plus to default the panel put a wire link between set and pa zone downpower system take link out close all tampers and code will be user 0123 eng code will be 9999
