where can you buy a bobbin race holder for a cub7 frister rossman?

Hi thanks, i dont know if i do, its just that the cotton seems to be pulling through with no tension to it, and i have tried turning the screw to tighten it, but hasnt made a difference. I just presumed it must be a problem with the bobbin race holder.
