Mend Lavasoft Ad-Aware Reason Problem Help

notepad.exe %1?

Ad-Aware has found notepad.exe %1 it categorized it as vulnerability. For some reason Ad-Aware can't fix the problem. Could it be a virus? If it is, how do I fix it? Thank you for help in advance.

By the way are you using the latest version of ad-aware (ad-aware 2007) its miles better than the previous version
