Tranzit FWD 54 can't change any gear ?

it sounds as if your clutch isn`t clearing,have you any signs of fluid dripping from bell housing,you don`t say if you fitted a new clutch when you did your flywheel,if there is fluid dripping then your release bearing will probably need done,when your g/box is out it is false economy to not replace the clutch if there is any doubt whatsoever in its condition.
