Mend Hotpoint 7120 Dishwasher Kitchen Cycle

Hotpoint SuperPlus 7120 Dishwasher will not dry?

Hotpoint SuperPlus 7120 Dishwasher washes o.k. but at the end of the cycle the dishwasher is cold and contents not dry?

Does the water heat up during washing? If so then the control board is suspect, if not then heater or thermal cut-out problems are likely.
