how do i fix my chainsaw?

I need to replace the chain on my poulan 221 chainsaw. It appears to be too long for the bar.

Have you tightened the chain adjustment? There is a slot about two are three inches up the bar. Loosen the two side bolts and put a screwdriver in this slot and tighten the chain. If this don't work you probably have the wrong length chain.
