Servis M0330W Flashing Lights?

I have a Servis M0330W Fridge Freezer ... Can you please tell me what it means when all three of the lights on the front (green, red and yellow) are flashing continually ... the Fridge and Freezer seems to be working ok (hence my tardiness in calling someone out to look at it)... these lights have been flashing for about a week now.
