fridge not working on fridge freezer?

hi,its a common fault on that model, the problem is due to ice build up on the evaporator and around the cooling fan.on your model the fridge compartment is cooled by the freezer section.as long as you don't have the red warning light flashing the appliance is ok.you have two choices on how to deal with this problem,one,do a 24 hour defrost or 2 take the shelves out of the freezer compartment and on the rear inside the compartment you will see the fan.take a hair dryer and melt the ice around the fan and heat up the evap panel as there will be a build up of ice benind there.you can take this panel off if you wish to melt the ice on the evaporator.its best to fully defrost that model every six months or so.

auto defrost heater system not working?
manually defrost the whole thing by turning it off for 24hrs with the doors left open then restart.if it works for a while then does the same thing it might just prove the above issue
