Mend Alpha CB28 Boiler Power Left

how can i restart my alpha cb28 boiler after power failure?

electricity blackout has left my alpha cb28 unable to reignite. Red and green panel lights flashing and reset position is having no effect. Tried reset with both taps and taps and heating but lights continue to just flash.

boiler may overheated and the pump seized with the boiler off unscrew the chrome nut in the centre of the pump head and with a small screwdriver spin the impellor it should turn very easily turn boiler on using reset
