bt studio 3500 twin flashing lights?

To clear the green light press the up arrow on the volume button...then press and hold the x secrecy button unti the message clear all come up then press the menu button ...after a few second the green light stops flashing and stays on .
A flashing greennlight indictes you have received a call ...you have to check the call as above and then delete it for the light to stop flashing.

Clearing the red answerphone lite press and hold down the play button ...you will then be advised how many message you have ...hold down the del button until you hear " clear all messages".

The red light should then stop flashing.
