Mend B&Q Porto Leak Cistern Flush

WATER FROM CISTERN CONTINUES TO RUN INTO BOWL?

I HAVE A B&Q PORTO UNIT WHICH HAS STARTED TO CONTINUE RUNNING WATER INTO THE BOWL AFTER FLUSHING.
I HAVE REMOVED THE LID AND CAN SEE 2 UNITS WHICH APPEAR TO BE FUNCTIONING CORRECTLY. TO STOP THE FLOW I HAVE TURNED THE OUTSIDE SCREW INLET PIPE OFF. THE FUNNY THING IS AFTER A WHILE IT STILL ALLOWS WATER IN BUT DOES NOT LEAK INTO PAN. HELP!

B&Q B&Q Porto D.I.Y, Toilets Leak Cistern Flush

Thank you Kevin but I don't know where the diaphram is.
I have a photo of the unit but don't know how to import it here

It sounds like the diaphram has a pinhole in it.You can buy them in B.and Q. Round or oval depending on the system They cost about £2.
