Mend Evo Dual Flush Toilet Cistern Water Level

I have a dual flush toilet with a brand name of Evo?

I had replaced a single flush for a dual flush cistern, and i have had this one for about five years, but over the last month it has started to leak, i am unable to find the float to try and adjust the water level, can you help thanks michael
