Mend B&Q Basic Cistern Flush Repair

how can i fix my slow filling cystern?

I have a single flush basic b&q toilet (push button) that a couple of years ago started to take ages to fill up,its really slow and can take up to 15 minits to fill.Any suggestions?I have tried descaler but no luck.Thanks in advance.

I think you will find that the big ball inside has unscrewed itself and wedging on the side, screw it back in and the ball will fall further filling up quicker.
