How to mend ... Water Going Into Machine

My water heats but does not spray or pick up what could be wrong. ?

I've cleaned the machine several times and everything seems to be OK

my washing machine won't take in water, checked inlet and outlet pipes ?

and there is no blockage - any ideas?
