Mend Diplomat ADP8352 Fills Water Turning

dishwasher ADP8352 not washing?

my diplomat ADP8352 fills with water but on inspection the lower arm is not turning. the arm is free to rotate manually. as a result the machine will not go through a cycle it just fills makes a humming noise for a while then shuts off without emptying. please please any ideas as i'm not looking forward to washing up over xmas. thanx

Hi wayne, with the humming, I would think that the main recirculation pump has packed up.It will be an engineer fit job and quite expensive.All the best.
