How do I fit a new waterpump to my Bosch washing machine?

Make sure it is not the pump filter blocked, drain out as described above, pry off the small round plastic access panel on bottom front right of machine, unscrew filter assembly and withdraw, carefully seperate the two parts to remove any fluff/debris. Mine would'nt empty water but did this and it's perfect again. ( Filter contained a 10p coin, half a cotton bud, a plastic clip and a ball of fluff!) \bosch machine less than a year old.

Drain machine by running the outlet pipe into a bucket at floor level or run the outlet pipe out of the back door if it'll reach.
Pump removal: power off, drag machine out onto the floor, remove back cover or tip machine up at an angle, locate pump, (attached to other end of drain pipe).undo 2 wiring connections, 2 hose connections - remove the tensioner clips by squeezing the tabs together with a large pair of pliers or vise grips. Remove pump mounting screws.
Installation is, as they say, a reversal of the above.
