my dishwasher won't switch off?

my dishwasher has finished the wash cycle, but the motor won't stop and keep running.

How can I fix my bosch exxcel 1100 to stop it missing the spin cycle?

It will wash but completely misses spin cycle. I have checked for blockage and also fan belt but no luck
