The top shelf has a pull-down flap. This is OK, but on one side the plastic knob it fits onto has come off. (This is part of the supporting bracket for the shelf, I think.) Can I get another one?

I had a similar problem with mine and I repaired it with a short piece of garden hose about 75mm long which fitted neatly around the remaining stub on the freezer. The door fits nicely inside it.
