Mend Iceline Deluxe Wrong Freezer Fridge

whats wrong with my iceline deluxe freezer?

My iceline deluxe fridge freezer is a good few years old. Last few days the fridge section has been working fine but the freezer is not cold enough and the food is not freezing properly! Anyone know what the settings on the dial mean? It has a +,-,0,N and S on it. Any help would be great

ive just had probs with mine, i phoned around and it seems N is normal setting - is colder + warmer and ive got FF which noone kmows for sure but in hoping its FASTFREEZE as its full of soggy food. jez
