Beko fridge/freezer not cold enough?

Beko fridge/freezer cfg1790dw serial number 7298846311
It is running but the temperature is not cold enough whatever setting it is on.
I have tried switching it off for 24 hours with the doors open.
I then restarted it and waited another 24 hours but it didn't make any difference
