How can I put in a lid switch?

proving it is the same as most others the switch is a microswitch with 2 sometimes three pins on it , the switch is also mounted in its position with plastic guide clips around the outside or 2 plastic vertical posts diaganal from each other which the switch is placed on the top and pressed down into place. make sure you replace the switch with the same voltage and current rating and the switch is NO or NC this means NO = normally open and NC = normally closed.
if u use an incorect switch eg. if the switch is normally NC when close the lid . and u replaced with a NO switch then when u lift the lid the machine will start when u shut the lid it will stop cool hey lol :)

anyway if u get a 3 pin microswitch thats ok connect one wire to the centre read the side small diagram on most microswitches it should tel u which connector is NO or NC

the two wires to the switch can be connected visavera there is no + or - to worry about
so forgetting which wire goes where thats ok
