You have a problem with the earthing if the earth cable is secure in the plug and on the machine the fault will be a poor earth in the wall socket. If you are using a multi plug adapter they are very prone to being faulty in the earth contacts, plug machine direct into wall socket when you have had electrician to check wall socket.Cheers

really would not advise a diy repair here ,get an electrician to check where the leakage is. you could do a simple check on the plugtop and see if the earth connection is good and tight, the earth wire is green and connected to the large pin.
