i have a apartment size Kenmore washing machine #110.99576200 everything is working...but when it gets to the spin cycle it makes this noise and i have to open the lid to make it spin can you help plz
it washes fine, but when it gets to the spin cycle is where you have to open and close the lid a couple of times for it to spin. The noise is only when it tries to spin
