low water pressure on my vokera mynute gas boiler?

i work for vokera emmet.the boiler normal needs 0.5 water bar pressure to work any less bolier normal shuts down, safety devise.check your hot press and se if there is any filling point in there,normally it should be on a half inch pipe with a none return valve,see if it is in a closed position,clock wize is closed if so anti clock wise the valve slowly and see if pressure rises in not call your local plumber.
