Sorry - if this is a bit patronising - I've no idea what level of experience you have with washers and the question lacks detail.
I would suggest a few very basic things first:-
1) Check that the filter is clean and not blocked - take it out, give it a good clean if it's covered in crud. Before replacing, have a good poke round in the hole it came from to check for coins, fluff, lego bricks etc. etc.
2) check that drain hose is working fine. if possible disconnect / unhook from the drain pipe and hook over the edge of a bucket. Put machine on rinse cycle to fill it with some water, then put on drain cycle and check there is water filling your bucket.
3) when machine is on drain cycle, you should hear the noise of the pump working. If there is no noise, could be pump is broken / disconnected or the timing switch is working correctly.
