Beko washing machine won't drain?

My washing machine not going on to a spin going through cycle

Switch off and disconnect electric.at the bottom front is a plastic plinth panel.pull it off.this exposes on the right a round filter cap.unscrew it anticlockwise and remove any rubbish from there.whilst the filter is out shine a torch in to the hole where the filter came out and make sure the drain pump impeller rotates freely by flicking it around with a long screwdriver.refit in reverse

only way is from back and under,could be blockage or faulty drainpump
