ive installed the new live messenger, it will not work it comes up with a box saying the application failed to initialize then the code (0xc0000005) comes up? any ideas? ive uninstalled and reinstalled 3 times and my live hotmail is working its just messenger
its quite easy !
just go back on to the msn website and try to install the new one you did this last year right ! thete is a new one called 0.8 ! try it

Try the above link Emily ..... I would start by looking at your antivirus / firewall software. Could be the firewall preventing it from initialising.
