Aeg lavamat 16810 e20 fault?

Hi,

I have a AEG 16810, the door is stuck with washing inside it.
I can start the machine, it runs and finishes the cycle, drains the water, there is no blockage.
I have tried the following and the door is still not opening
1. Cleaned the filter
2. Checked the pump is rotating freely
3. running the machine and stopping the cycle and tried opening the door -
4. run with the front outlet open to see if water flows out ok
5. switched off the power and left it for few hours before reattempting to open it

I have some really clean clothes but cannot take them out :)

remove the top & back panel and on the right hand side you
will see a pastic flat container this is the condensor, remove it and clean it out it gets bunged up with fluf

I try holding in some of the front panel buttons (pre-wash and soak I think) and turn the dial from the off position to spin. [like ctrl alt delete soft reboot]
I had the same fault on my machine and stripped the main and powder compartment pump [tested them off the machine] and cleared the pipes and it did noitwant to play after so You push and hold some of the buttons and it seems to reset. treat them all like video games and look for the designers short cuts
