The pump in my washing machine continually pumps the water out through all cycles even when i push the off button it (the pump) stays on, i have to turn it off at the wall to completely turn off but NO 'error code' is displayed from the machine???
All other cycles seem to be working as per normal except for the pump. Help!
The main control board turns the pump on and off. If the pump is running continuously there can be only one answer. The control board is faulty & will have to be replaced.
